JLA Agent Portal Sign-in: Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 30, 2026
The JLA Agent Portal Sign-in extension signs JLA Realty agents in to the business tools linked from the JLA Agent Portal, so they don't have to type those passwords each time.
What the extension handles
When an agent clicks a tool in the JLA Agent Portal, the portal gives the extension that agent's saved username and password for that tool. The extension uses them once to fill in and submit that tool's sign-in form.
How it's stored
- The extension keeps the login only in the browser's temporary session memory, for at most 60 seconds, and deletes it as soon as it has been used. It never writes logins to disk.
- The extension has no account of its own and stores no passwords, tokens or browsing history.
- Saved logins live in the JLA Agent Portal, encrypted, and only the agent who saved them can use them.
Where it runs
The extension only runs on the JLA Agent Portal and on the sign-in pages of the supported tools (currently Lone Wolf Workspace, *.workspace.lwolf.com, and Macromodus, macromodus.com). It doesn't read or change any other website.
Sharing
Login details are sent only to the tool they belong to, over that tool's secure (HTTPS) sign-in page. JLA doesn't sell or share this data, use it for advertising, or use it for any purpose other than signing the agent in.
Contact
Questions about this policy can be sent to JLA Realty through the contact details in the JLA Agent Portal.
